For over 12 years, I have catered weddings, corporate meetings, birthday parties, and many more types of events, all with the purpose of bringing people together with food. Before I started professionally catering, I was always the one who planned and cooked all of the meals for friend gatherings. One day my family hired a caterer for a reunion, and I realized that everything they did from the menu planning, the cooking, and the serving was what I did for my friends – what I loved to do.
As the daughter of a baker and the granddaughter of a caterer in her own right, it is no wonder that I have grown into a woman dedicated to the occupation. It is my goal at Pangea to provide you with a unique and maternal service experience.
