Spotlight:
Around 200 people came to the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis to celebrate a wedding. The night started out with a cocktail reception, and then guests enjoyed a buffet-style dinner which included savory New York Strips and roasted garlic butter mashed potatoes. As the wedding reception went on, guests traveled to two different stations for the chocolate fountain and wedding cake.
Spotlight:
A corporate meeting hosted by the company’s sales department began in the morning with a continental breakfast and management briefings. After group sessions, everyone returned for a lunch buffet of garden salads and protein such as sauteed chicken breast with mushrooms and artichokes in lemon sauce. Naturally, we couldn't let the meeting end without serving them some miniature desserts, too.
Spotlight:
At a 50th birthday party, guests and their families relaxed in the hosts' backyard, eating hors d'oeuvres like beef tenderloin canapes with roasted red pepper while listening to the live band. Whenever they felt like it, they could meander over by the pool to get a taste of our on-site grilling.
