It was our daughter, Taylor's high school graduation party. She had several very specific requests for what she wanted to serve including Macaroni and Cheese, Pizza Dip, Chocolate Dip, Breadsticks and Cheese, mozzarella and tomatoes on a stick,Chips and Salsa, and the all-time favorite of chocolate chip cookie dough dipped in chocolate. Christine followed Taylor's recipes, she set-up for the event - making the table look spectacular, she kept the plates full during the entire open house and she cleaned up. I can truly say that I enjoyed our party -- instead of working our party. At other graduation parties that we went to, we kept hearing that Taylor had the best food at her graduation party. I would absolutely recommend Christine and Pangea -- we will use them again....and again. -Jan Finken

Christine was fantastic! I hired her to cater for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. I asked her to give me a few healthy menu options at different price points and she provided a good variety of options. Christine was easy to communicate, reliably followed up, and provided very healthy and tasty food at our event. Christine even came to the venue before the day of the event so she could make sure she could set up everything perfectly.

Thanks for all of your help making Elena's retirement luncheon special. Your were prompt and organized. The important part is that we had great food in plenty for all the hungry men that we employ.
